To update your personal details, go to the “Profile” section of the app. Here, you can update your name, phone number, email address, and payment methods. If you need to change any other information, such as your vehicle details (for drivers), you can do so in the appropriate sections of the app.

If your driver cancels the ride, you will be notified immediately, and we will match you with another available driver. In case of multiple cancellations, we encourage you to contact customer support so we can investigate the issue and ensure a smooth experience.
